This crepe mix is small-batch produced, using The Dotted Lime flour blends, in their gluten-free, peanut-free, and peanut-free facility. Just add eggs, a little milk of your choice, and some softened butter or plant butter/shortening... and you're ready to make some crepes! (Bag makes 4 batches, each batch is about 12-15 crepes using our 10" crepe pan.)
